PIREPs record your flights and update your hours and rank.

Requirements

• You must have smartCars 3 or vasACARS installed
• You must have SimToolkit Pro, Volanta, or ELEVATEX
• If you file a manual Pirep, you must include a photo link or a URL link from SimToolkit Pro, Volanta, ELEVATEX, or VATSIM/IVAO for it to be approved. If you don’t include one of these, your Pirep will be rejected with no exceptions.

Block times

Use actual push-back to engine shutdown. Round to the nearest minute.

For automatic submission, see ACARS Setup. Filing a single PIREP amongst several Virtual Airlines (double logging) is strictly prohibited. Should this behavior be noticed, the pilot may be terminated at the discretion of HR.

Note: FSEconomy is NOT applicable to the “double logging” policy. You may fly with FSEconomy and Virtual Star Alliance at your leisure.
